Complaints

If you have any issue with the Practice please in the first instance telephone the surgery and ask to speak to the Practice Manager. (a mutually convenient time may be arranged to discuss further).

You may also contact us in writing - Please address this for the attention of the Practice Manager.

Violent or Abusive Patients

We expect to be treated with the same courtesy that staff will extend to you, and violent or aggressive behaviour, including use of foul language towards our staff or to ourselves, will not be tolerated and may result in your removal from the practice list.
