Practice Closure

Meadows Practice will be closed between 1 pm and 6 pm on Tuesday 4th June.  

If you require Urgent Care between these hours, patients should call 07773 123366 for assistance.

After 6 pm, please call NHS 24 on 111.

Please note that the practice will resume usual working hours on Wednesday 5th of June.
